Recently, we have received many requests for just the heating elements, and we manufacture them according to the specifications and shapes that our customers use. 【Various Heating Element Shapes】 ■ Round wire coil heating element ■ Strip heating element ■ Ribbon heating element, etc. 【Processing Technology】 ■ We handle wire diameters from φ0.3 up to a maximum of φ8.0. ■ The coil diameter (the diameter of the groove where the heating element is fitted into the insulation) is usually around φ25, but we also have experience winding round wire coil heating elements around φ200 insulation for "testing equipment heating devices." ■ There are various types of joints for connecting the heating element and the electrode rod (the wire that conducts electricity or leads), but as a result of repeated technical verification, we use joints for welding at our company.
